For the Oct 1, 2023 changes, should the annotation on pg 24 (I.C.1.d5b stay as T81.40 or change to T81.41 and on pg 29 (I.C.1.g1f), do we keep the annotation Testing beside it?

You can make that note. Remember these are notes to assit you and you can change and adjust them. T81.40 is infection and T81.41 is for the same but superficial incisional...
