Resolved 2025 CPT update (find a code) live CEU errors

Does anyone having same issues? I attended live webinar today Nov 14,2024
and passed the quiz and downloaded the certification with index number .
However the certificate showing date incorrectly. It shows date November 15 , 2024 (tomorrow !)
so AAPC website won’t let me add 1 CEU due to the discrepancy of the date.
Any advise who should I reach out?
I believe it’s not one person issues. Thanks

Use the date of the event, Nov 14th. The date being printed is the time the certificate was printed.

I am having the same issue uploading to AAPC. I tried yesterday's date and today's date and they are both saying no CEU information found.

I've reached out to the AAPC to check what is happening. This was already approved by them. Updates to follow.

My issue was the CEU index # had CC0 instead of CCO, I had to manually correct it and it took
