Resolved Chlamydia in Urine

Pt comes in with urethral discharge And concern for std. it didnt say contact with so I didn’t do a z20.2 Final is chlamydia with a follow up note urine is positive for chlamydia. can I code the chlamydia to the genitourinary system A562 Or possibly A5600.

Do you mean the ICD-10-CM code perhaps? You seem to be picking HCPCS which is not DX codes?
