When coding macroalbuminuric diabetic nephropathy and CKD 3 is the appropriate code E11.22? I would not pick up E11.29 correct? Macroalbuminuria is a manifestation of CKD so I would code to the highest specificity in this case I would only pick up E11.22?

Use additional code to identify stage of chronic kidney disease (N18.1-N18.6)

*Yes, I feel this is the best code choice
