Hello,
Can any one tell me what CPT code we can use for the below procedure
Preoperative DX Right nasal vestibule sebaceous cyst.
Postoperative DX Right nasal vestibule sebaceous cyst.
Procedure Patient identified and consent obtained. Prepped and draped. 1% lidocaine with 1:100,000 epinephrine infiltrated into tissue. #11 blade used to carefully excise lesion intact. Cyst bed cauterized with silver nitrate. Ointment applied

Dr. performed this procedure and want the CPT code for this. I was confused whether to go for integumentary section code 114xx or 301xx series code as the dx is sebaceous cyst. Thanks for your guidance i got it..
