Pt has distal R and ulnar diaphyses features. Will these code to unspecified fract of shaft of r ulna and r radius?

Distal Radius and ulnar? If documentation does not state more specifics, then yes your codes would be acceptable

here are some other possibilities depending upon documentation;

  • S52.501A: Closed fracture of the distal end of the right radius
  • S52.502A: Unspecified fracture of the lower end of the left radius, initial encounter for closed fracture
