Our Physicians always charges the 93312, 93320 and 93325 with the TEEs, I was looking through the report and I cant find documentation for the 93320. Based on this report should we charge the 93312, 93320 and 93325?
Also he did a TTE on the same day, can we charge 93306, 93312, 93320 and 93325 with a modifier 59 on the 93306?
Thank you for your help!!!
