Resolved PBB Question - How To Expand Knowledge About Medical Billing

I took the free CPB exam and scored 71.67 on it, time spent was 1hour. What resources do I need to improve my knowledge of billing in the medical field? I do not think I will spend $400 for the exam, I just want the knowledge.
