I do not have the money to take the CPB course from AAPC nor the PBB course from CCO. If I purchased the textbook Understanding Health Insurance: A Guide to Billing and Reimbursement and the PBB blitz, could I possible pass the CPB exam? I will admit to not having any experience in billing if that makes a difference.
