What code should be used for endoscopic TLIF’s.
We have many cases where endoscopic TESSYS discectomies and a endoscopic TLIF are performed.
Endoscopic TESSYS can be coded to 62380, but there are no codes describing endoscopic TLIF’s. I guess the same could apply to PLIF.
We have requested the fund to approve unlisted 22899 - Unlisted procedure.

You are right. There is no code for this. Have you checked with the payer to see what they want you to use? That would be the next step.
