Do I need to claim the CEU within a certain time frame? I tried the next day, but I did not see the free CEU under exam tab.

The CEU is only available an hour after the live event. The only way to get the CEU after the live event is to become a CCO club member & then take a quiz after watching the webinar. Once you pass the quiz, You will receive a certificate of completion with an index # to claim your free CEU. Hope this helps.
